The auctioneer and agent made an announcement and said the auction is not proceeding today.

We had buyers immediately offer $1,300,000 which was rejected. Eventually the home was listed on the main websites, with a search price of $1,300,000 and listing agents were changed. On the market for sale for 90 days, Sold for $1,320,000.

 

15 Daintree Way Menai 3 bed townhouse, 2 bath, 1 car. Listed for sale without an asking price on all the major websites. The search price was $950,000. Last sold for $910,000 in original condition in 2021. Since then the townhouse has been fully renovated. On the market for sale for 44 days, Sold for $1,000,000.

Eventually listed for sale as an auction in name sake only, without a scheduled date. Last advertised with a price guide of $1,150,000. On the market for sale for 46 days, Sold for $1,185,000.

Stopped at $3,500,000 to the second bidder, the auctioneer pulled the buyer and vendor aside to chat privately for 10 minutes, then sold under the hammer to the highest bidder.

On the market for sale for 26 days. 6 registered bidders, 4 bidders participating. Slow bidding between only two buyers. The reserve was $1,750,000, eventually called on the market at $1,732,000. SOLD for $1,740,000.
