According to realestate.com.au, there are 41 properties publicly for sale in the 2234 district. Below are the scheduled auctions and sold properties for all agencies for the week ending Saturday, 26th August.
Scheduled Auctions:
3 Boyd Place Barden Ridge 4 bed house, 2 bath, 2 car, pool, 611 land. Initially Auctioned on 1st July, 4:30 pm on-site, which was cancelled and not held. 2nd Auction was scheduled for Wednesday, 23rd August, at 6:00 pm in-rooms at Kirrawee. Initially, the search price was $1,600,000, current search price of $1,500,000 with a displayed Auction "Guide $1,550,000". On the market for sale for 85 days, Auction was Unsuccessful. The auction is now rescheduled for a 3rd time on Wednesday, 6th September at 6:00 pm in-rooms at Kirrawee.
12 Arnold Place Menai 4 bed house, 2 bath, 1 car, 435 land. Initially listed for sale off-market, just on the agency's website without an asking price. Then converted to an Auction campaign on-site, Saturday, 26th August, with a search price of $1,300,000. On the market for sale for 56 days, Auction was Unsuccessful. On registered bidder started the bidding at $1,270,000, then increased to $1,300,000. A vendor bid was made at $1,320,000, and the property was passed in.
19 Bray Grove Menai 4 bed house, 2 bath, 2 car, 398 land. Listed for Auction on-site, Saturday 26th August, Initially with a search price of $1,300,000, which was revised to $1,330,000. On the market for sale for 25 days, SOLD at auction for $1,370,000. Two registered bidders, spirited competitive bidding. The auction was a great one to watch.

18 Oakwood Way Menai 3 bed townhouse, 1 bath, 1 car. Initially listed For Sale without an asking price, with a search price of $950,000. The property was initially tenanted at the campaign's commencement, then the tenant vacated. Last advertised with a displayed price guide of $880,000 – $930,000. On the market for sale for 48 days, SOLD for $890,000.
76 Griffin Parade Illawong 6 bed house, 6 bath, 4 car, pool, 1,133 land. Initially listed For Sale without an asking price, it had a search price of $3,500,000. On the market for sale for 27 days, SOLD for $4,037,500. This is a stunning home and something to marvel at the architectural design quality of the fixtures and fittings.

The search price was $1,700,000. Its Second scheduled auction was Wednesday, 21st June, at 6 pm in rooms at Kirrawee. The auction was unsuccessful. Last advertised with a displayed price guide of $1,700,000. On the market for sale for 104 days, SOLD for $1,700,000.

Search price $1,750,000, displayed auction Guide $1,750,000. The AUCTION was Unsuccessful. On the market for sale for 38 days, SOLD for $1,750,000.
51 Wardell Drive Barden Ridge 4 bed house, 3 bath, 2 car, 869 land. This isn't publicly showing as sold on the websites, but it's definitely sold. Initially listed in May as an Auction, without any scheduled auction date. It's an auction in namesake only, with a search price of $1,700,000. The auction was Unsuccessful and then advertised for sale without a price, then finally an asking price of $1,659,000. What was really interesting is that the search price was $1,600,000, indicating that the asking price differed from what was displayed. On the market for sale for 107 days, SOLD for $1,650,000.
