How many rental properties do you manage?
As of August 2023, we manage 330 properties predominantly in the 2234 region. We manage properties within a 1.5 hours drive of our office for existing clients ranging from Wollongong to West Hoxton and Botany.
How many property management staff do you have?
We have a dedicated team of 4 full-time staff: two property managers, one leasing consultant, and one new business consultant.
What does it cost to rent my property out with Century 21?
Depending on your requirements, we can tailor a package to suit your needs. Management fees range from 5.5% Inc Gst – 7.7% Inc Gst. Please contact us to send through our information pack.
I've been accepted on a rental property; how do I pay my deposit or rent?
We use direct debit; please contact our leasing team for an updated consent form.
How much does a sales appraisal cost?
It's complimentary.
Do you offer Strata Management services?
No, we specialise in residential and commercial leasing and sales.
What does it cost to sell a property?
Traditional methods of using internet sites, photography, and social media vary. As a guide, marketing generally costs a few thousand dollars. We offer database services that incur no marketing costs as an option.
Sale fee's range between 1.5% + Gst to 2.2% + Gst. Please contact us to send through our information pack.
Does it cost more to Auction my property?
The difference between an auction property and a normal (private treaty) sale is only the auctioneer fee. If a third party auctioneer is hired, the range between $500-700 depending on who the auctioneer is and whether the property is auctioned on-site or in rooms at a professional venue.
I want to make an offer on a sale property, what information do you need?
In NSW, all offers must be submitted to a vendor in writing. To give your offer the best possible chance we ask for the following.
-Full names of all buyers including middles names and or company pty details
-Current address
-Copy of your identification to verify your identity
-Solicitor or conveyancer full contact details
-Mortgage broker email address
-The deposit required is 10%, is this suitable, or do you need a deposit lesser of say 5%
-Confirmation your finance is pre-approved
-Confirmation if your offer is accepted that you can exchange contracts
-Terms and conditions that you require, for example, varied settlement, inclusions, more extended cooling-off periods, etc
Do you offer buyers agency services?
We do; we have three options available.
-Complimentary investment service where prospective investors can discuss rental returns and independent unbiased advice on buying investment properties for any listing for sale, including other agents listings
-Auction Coffee and Courage On Track Strategy meeting. We discuss auction strategy and tactics
-End to end buyers agency service where we find and secure your property requirements for a fee.
I need to pay a deposit for a sale property, how can I pay this?
We accept personal cheque, bank cheque, EFT, and card services. Please contact our sales support team for the procedures and cut off times.
