Application Process

To apply for a rental property, please follow the steps below:

 

1. Submit Your Application

  • Each adult applicant must complete a separate online application form. Children can be included on a parent or guardian's application.
  • Applications are submitted via tApp by clicking the "Apply Now" button above.

 

2. Provide Supporting Documents

To ensure your application is processed quickly, please include relevant supporting documentation, such as:

  • Employment details with two recent payslips
  • Other proof of income
  • Rental history (if applicable)

 

3. Identification Requirements

You must provide documents totalling 100 points of identification.
