Repair Request

We understand that repairs can be stressful, and we're here to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

 

Lodging a Repair Request:

  • Provide as much information as possible including whether the issue is related to gas or electric appliances and include brand names and model numbers (where possible).
  • Attach pictures or videos showing the issue.
  • If you have an urgent repair as stated by NSW Fair Trading, please refer to your lease for the preferred contractors.

 

If a repair is arranged by you as the tenant and deemed non-urgent, you will be responsible for the account. The Residential Tenancy Act states an urgent repair is an essential service that ceases to function or if there is damage to the property making it unsafe, unsecure or may cause injury.
