Hassle Free Vacate

General

• Make sure all light globes are working and all light fittings are free of dust
• Ensure all walls and ceilings throughout the property are clean have no markings
• Ensure all ceiling fans are free of dust
• Air conditioning filters cleaned and free of dust
• Clean and dust all blinds
• Floors are clean, vacuumed/mopped - Carpets are professionally cleaned where necessary
• All cupboards/wardrobes are clean including drawers and shelves
• All mirrors are clean and streak free
• Windows are all clean on the inside and on the outside where possible including tracks
• Ensure all items are removed

Kitchen

•  Mop floors
• Clean all cupboards, shelves, drawers, and benchtops
• Ensure the sink and drains are clean
• Ensure the dishwasher has been cleaned inside and outside, including the filter
• Check the oven, stove, grill, and exhaust fans are all clean and free of any grime and greasy residue

Bathrooms

• Mop floors
• Clean, scrub and disinfect the inside and outside of the toilet bowl as well as the seat and cistern
• Bath and shower are free of any mould/soap scum build up and the shower glass is streak free
• Vanities and basins are clean, including drawers and mirrors, are streak free

External/Garage

• Trim back and tidy any overgrown trees/bushes
• Ensure bins are left cleaned and empty
• Pressure wash paved areas that may need it, sweep up any leaves and debris
• Clean any screen doors and tracks
• Leave the garden in the same condition that you found it, including mowing lawns, trimming edges and weed gardens
